We use your information to respond to your booking or inquiry, schedule and run classes, camps, tournaments, and events, communicate with you about your booking, and, with your consent, use photos, videos, or testimonials for marketing on this website and our social media. We also use it to improve this website and understand how it's used.
We process your information because it's necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfil a booking, because you've given consent, for marketing, photos, and non-essential cookies, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our coaching business.
Private coaching is open to junior players. If you are booking on behalf of a child under 14, Spanish law (the LOPDGDD) requires a parent or legal guardian to provide consent for processing that child's personal data, including any photos or video taken during a session. By booking a class for a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and are providing this consent on their behalf. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
We may take photos or short videos during sessions to share on this website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube. We ask before using anything that clearly identifies you or your child for marketing purposes. If you'd rather not be included, tell us before your session, or contact us afterward and we will remove any image or clip you appear in.
This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The non-essential tracking only fires after consent.
We share information with WhatsApp/Meta when you message us on WhatsApp, governed by Meta's own privacy policy, and with the providers who host and run this website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Some services we use, including Meta/WhatsApp, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is covered by those providers' own data protection safeguards, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep booking and communication records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or tax obligations, and no longer.
Under GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
