These terms apply whenever you book or attend a VIKSTENNIS Academy class, camp, tournament, private session, or corporate event ("session") at CEM Tennis l'Hospitalet, Can Via Racket Club, or any other VIKSTENNIS venue in Barcelona.
Bookings are made by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or this website. A booking is confirmed once we reply confirming your date, time, and venue.
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, payment links, cash payments.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full.
Tennis is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge this risk and confirm you are physically able to take part, or have consulted a doctor if you have any concern about your fitness to do so. VIKSTENNIS Academy and its coaches are not liable for injury arising from the ordinary risks of playing tennis, except where caused by our negligence.
Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to take part. A parent or guardian remains responsible for the participant outside of the coaching session itself, including arrival, collection, and supervision before and after the session.
By attending a session, you agree that you may be photographed or filmed for coaching feedback, and, with separate consent, for marketing purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our venues, CEM Tennis l'Hospitalet and Can Via Racket Club, are operated independently of VIKSTENNIS Academy. You agree to follow each venue's own rules and conduct policies while on site.
To the extent permitted by law, VIKSTENNIS Academy's liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the amount paid for that session.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Barcelona.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
